POWER PLATE

What if you could enjoy the results from months of aerobic and weight training, but with much less effort and in less time?

Power Plate(r) is a machine that uses Advanced Vibration Technology(tm) to emit a low-level mechanical vibration which stimulates muscle strength and growth during exercise.

In just a few short sessions, users can experience increased flexibility, bone density, balance, and circulation. Studies even show increased levels of human growth hormones, and a decrease in cortisol, the stress hormone. Some people report a reduction in cellulite.

Maxine has three Power Plate(r) machines, in a semi-private area, on the lower level of the salon. Sessions are 25 minutes long, under the watchful eye of a dedicated Power Plate(r) instructor. Three sessions are recommended per week.
